Leavenworth FCC Youth Mission
Fellowship of the KING Theme:
- K ---- Know the Lord.
- I ---- Invite others.
- N ---- Nurture Relationships.
- G ---- Grow in our Faith.
As Leaders our mission is to:
- serve God, the church and the young people of the church and community.
- Provide a nurturing atmosphere that includes having fun,being active, gaining social skills and building relationships.
- develop “hands on” teaching skills for Christian Education so that it is applicable to the lives of the youth.
As Youth our mission is to:
- learn to develop Christian relationships. (God/Self/Family/Community)
- learn to serve. (God/Self/Family/Community)
- learn how to celebrate and demonstrate their faith in their everyday lives.
- develop a better knowledge of the Bible and its purpose.
