First Christian Church Leavenworth has sponsored Troop 176 since its beginning in 1932. This year we celebrate 75 years of hosting the troop. The troop has helped raise young men to become leaders in the community.

T-176 is in the Heart of America Council (HOAC) region and is in the Kaw District. HOAC's main camp site is Camp Naish located just outside of Kansas City. The past and present staff members of Camp Naish have a website that will allow members to keep in touch and see old pictures. If you were on staff at Naish, you should visit this site.

We believe that all leaders should be well trained and the HOAC Council provides that training.

These three awards are some of the most important awards that can be acheived by a young man in the Scouts.
